Decarbing bho under pressure for vape pens. There’s a ton you could read on the subject.

You could always do what you’ve been doing with the decarbing bho and maybe spike it with some bought distillate?

Or obtain THCA diamonds w/o sauce then decarb those, and add the sauce after. As I don’t think OP has equipment to extract live resin.

Centrifuge the bho you buy to separate the terps from it, then decarb the thca fraction and add less terps.

General numbers for distillate is gonna be 50% of starting weight to finished liters after decarb dewax. Your only doing 1 of those, so you’ll lose about 12% to the decarb and then its just how much you even started with potency wise. Those are base numbers and almost always higher but when i did a lot of toll work that was quotable return 99% of the time. I would take these guys advice ^^^^ fickle and such. Might be a faster easier way to do it if your only goal is just need them stronger.

which is where; “why distillate?” comes in. many here consider distillation a “remediation” technique, rather than the pinnacle of purity. you can achieve higher purity with less work in other manners.

IF your goals are potent personal meds, and learning how to distill cannabinoids. I again suggest looking at @beakers work. he had an itty bitty SPD such as you are suggesting. he chose not to use it, and used a “sublimator” instead.

exactly. 97% THCA is fucking trivial to make. even the folks using nothing but damn hair straighteners can get there. but you don’t have to use rosin. you can actually press shitty shatter in a 25um bag and get higher purity THCA that you can achieve via distillation (for THC) 
in moments rather than hrs. decarb that high purity THCA (95ish %) , and you’ve not got 95% THC


repeating this for you @Distillate007 not because you need to get your meds this way, simply because you could, and it might get you where you need to be. which is all we’re trying to do here.

learning to distill cannabinoids IS a worthy goal. Asking folks who do if for a living is a reasonable approach.

listening to them rather than railing against them might also make some sense.
