Yes. If your CBD is less than 50% it won’t crystalize

What law or new information is out regarding this?
Our legal counsel has advised us to never ship anything hot outside of the state unless it is WIP going to a remediation lab. Big time law firm, so I am siding with them. That is all I go off of, the farm bill supports this. I know it happens all the time and no judgement, but we do not ship anything hot out. Too big of a risk. @krypx

We have crystal resistant that we are offering, 99% cannabinoids only of its kind. Very expensive though.
