All in all man, you’ll have a shit load more success if you label everything you have for sale. We’re extractors not the general public, we know what we’re looking for. The easier you make it for the consumer the easier it will sell for you.
Unless you’re only interested in selling it all together and don’t care to put any extra effort in.

I’d probably get more for it there also. 
It’s very rare to make any money on this stuff. You’re in an area where the market is flooded and it costs an arm and a leg to ship it.
Unfortunately the selling price for used equipment isn’t great.
That’s why you gotta work to make it enticing, like @FicklePickle said.
