If you’re gonna go for something that doesn’t quickly dry (like acetone or isopropyl) I would HIGHLY recommend a rinse with clean, hot, preferably distilled or RO water.

After making this post, I found that the best thing to do is have a separate “cleaning LPG tank” which keeps warm butane/propane mix that is fed into my empty material columns all the way to recovery—so I generally inject whatever amount of solvent I lost during the extraction and it seems to work

That’s the solvent I use, butane/propane.
