That would be highly illegal sending emptied failed carts thru the mail with traces of product inside.

Well yeah you would have to clean them with ethanol first; I thought that was implied. Just as long as you can prove the failure that is fine. Either way, the failure rate is below 1% so it should be a non-issue
Typically ohm testing carts before filling them can help to find the no fire carts, I do know factories say that they do that before sending them out but it doesnt’t always happen. As we know cartridges are built in steps and typically to save on cost that is the first step to be cut.
This practice has helped us when checking the quality control of new factories we work with, but is annoying when filling thousands of carts daily.
