I purchased the CS100 and am going to purchase 110 Gal of an Ethanol Blend and need to know which would be the most cost effective blend for me to reach that optimally low temp.

nah, don’t do that.
the CS100 only gets to -20C.
I’d recommend glycol, probably 60:40

you want the least amount of glycol you can get away with. to maximize your heat transfer; water has higher heat capacity than glycol (or alcohol)

if you paid for a huber, you really should take advantage of the support that you paid for and talk to huber about what to feed it…
