Chiller capable of chilling a 12x48 jacketed solvent tank?

Can anybody make a recommendation for a chiller capable of chilling a 12x48 jacketed solvent tank?
The capacity of solvent is 70lbs.
Thanks

I have various types of chillers here and can accept custom requirements. If you are interested, you can send me an email. inquiry@zzkdinstruments.com

Not really wanting custom and need as cheap as possible

Will the ones the guys are building out AC units work for this? Not sure if it’ll keep up but you said cheap.

How low temperature are you trying to go?

Low enough to be able to run passive

This is our chiller picture and a simple parameter list, if you are interested you can DM me

How many times a day do you want that to be distilled ?

Take a look at the attached

There is a chart for different size tanks and cooling rates. I can get you some custom charts as well,

Once you know what chiller you think you may need, feel free to reach out and I can get you a quote.

1 atleast. Preferably 2

So start calculating
Evaporation and condensation are
Set amounts of energie
The time may differ but the amount of energie needed to change state is set
Most often calculated in Kjoule
Wich then will give you a btu or kw number
You will have some insulation and other losses so +20% makes sense
You can then see wich unit would work for you probably not any from the once mentioned I am afraid

could u tell me the volume of solvent tank and lowest temperature that you want? Then I can recommend right model of chiller and supply good price to u

you can browse my profile and all my posts, then you can know what I sell and more details

what would you recommend for 100lb of 70/30 butane to -25c

I dont use chillers. @Dred_pirate can help you better.
