CF K4 Troubleshooting

I’m working on my first batch thru the K4 filler with 93% d9 disty and 5% terps, the distillate flows fine until it reaches the syringe casing but gets stuck at the first ball bearing/catch wheel before it reaches the inside of the syringe. I’ve cleaned the casing with iso and tried to fill at a variety of temps between 90-200 F, can’t get the ball bearing out. Anyone experienced this or have any advice? Something going over my head here? Any help would be much appreciated :pray:

Is the spring on the check valve backwards? Aka just a ball against a hole with pressure behind it?

The filler is in Creative™ mode, switch that off.

The bearings should always be towards the flow, with the springs behind it

The inverse is somewhat correct. Make sure the heatpad swich (hereafter reffered to as “Creative Mode™) is set to “on”. When ready to clean the machine, turn Creative Mode™ off and pour your solvent into the reservoir

Also for the formula described, you should be running your k4 at 180f minimum, probably closer to 200
