So, why not use a proper fuge with something like what I posted here?

I imagine @soxhlet could turn the bottom out of PTFE and piece together the top with a sintered disc. But I guess this is accessible?

Its right at crotch level. There’s a couple pucker factors, but that kinda makes my pee hole do it too

The disc is an easy change, I just modeled it after indofab’s a bit. The key component is really the nesting filter/the botle designed to fit an off the shelf centrifuge. Even if you lose a gram or two to the screen that’s not much at the 4-500g scale

The lid wont spin theres bearings just holding the rod to allow it to spin…imagine the trap version but with the rod going through the middle of a regular 12in pot with sightglasses and all. Bearings on the ports were the rod goes through

They are… Not as robust as one might hope…

I wouldn’t suggest putting mason jars in one lol. Then again I wouldn’t have recommended two bearings in a trashcan either but if it works it works. I’m very amused about this whole thing
