Hey all. I saw at custom cones they sell a centerfuge that you put your ground material, and any kind of extract you want to infuse with. Then it spins and will equally mix in the goodies. I have never used a centerfuge, but is this something that all centerfuges can do, or is it really a special unit. I have a king kone, and only do runs of 508 grams or less. I didn’t know if there was like a small Chinese centerfuge that can do it, and if so, do you have a link to one. Thank you guys sorry much in advance.
If you’re talking about the FlackTek
Then no, this isn’t something just any centrifuge can do. It is a planetary (dual axis) mixer like a paint shaker, and I have yet to see another machine that can do what it claims to do.
Although you might be able to save a little cash buying one direct from FlackTek instead of the branded CustomCones unit.
Thank you. I’ll get a hold of the co pany itself and see what kind of prices they have. Have a great day.
Dual axis centrifuge. See eg: Speedmixer use in cannabis?
Infusing ground material (eg cement) is a different trick
they are 30K+
And theres nothing on that custom cones centrifuge that says anything about mixing in extract.
in fact it would actually be worse for extract infusion because it would spin the extract right into the crutch because youre packing cones not mixing material lol
spin tech makes one for pretty cheap now
Lol their unit cost under $15k from china.
If anyone wants one direct from the manufacturer, DM me.
We are the original company that imported them before Alex started his ‘spin’ off company
Back in 2019 we brought these in to compete with Flacktek/Speedmixer.
wish i knew that a few years ago before i spent over 100k canadain hahaha
600 USD including shipping from china. Dont buy from any of those companies google dual axis or what flaktek uses triple axis(requires less rpm and causes much less friction/heat so it has its advantages) but its a complete rip off.
I can get a vacuum degassed one iso produced ce certified up to 10L batches for around 10k wholesale. Theres a company that sells em in cali too and will come to you and demo but i don’t advertise them as its worse quality than the 2 brands mentioned, chinese and over priced.
Also talked to one of flakteks reps and mentioned a posting i found of one of their old units. He tried to upsell me long story short a unit that hasnt had a bid in 10 months ok ebay sold within 24 hours of that call.
Google hauschild if your going to look into flaktek a lot of copyright issues/claims/lawsuits. After that occurence and hearing about there histories. I aint supporting those companies.
They are german made tho, as much as i hype their mfg it is a shit place to support
Whats that thing fit like 50 ml a cup? Lol
Im sorry was that your attempt at an insult? Youve never bought a small scale item to demo for others? Or to test things out? No need to answer
400ml each side, as stated it goes up to 10L. The only insult laid out was your clear lack of experience with volumetrics and the oblivousness of your lack of experience/education on this subject. probly never seen oil outside a cart if you think that .
Ever hold a tincture? Those are generally 30ml… can probly fit 3 or 4 of those in each side… like the actual tinctures itself
Entertained by your immaturity and offence taken by my statement lmfao.
Sorry little bird, i didnt mean to ruffle your feathers.
Hauschild blows compared to flaktech. and spintech is the best overall unit right now with its ability to spin on one axis or both with vacuum assist, it is a centrifuge AND a speedmixer in one.
Ok mr biased. They both had a suit over IP. they spent 30+ years together making this stuff with no privid information. If you really believe that your in denial or finanically motivated.
You can buy 1-3 axis of oyur choice from almost any of these manufactuers/vacuum assisted. just ask for the option. its nothing special. the rarest thing of all is the 3rd axis if anything.
had meetings with both companies and chose flaktech for quite a few reasons
Do you know how hot these devices get spinning that fast? and you think the flacktek without a chilling option is better than haus? hmmm maybe your just mixing botanical terps up but seems like huge investment for something a $50 magnetic stirrer can do.
also flaktek mfg in the US
Hauschild Mfg’s in germany.
Do we even need to debate that part?
hahahaha ok big guy
you said you had meetings, whats your reasoning for heating up compounds that sensitive to heat vs not with the other option? no need to call me big guy you had the meetings you can tell me why im wrong
you’re right the cooling is a nice option
wait, you are saying the thing in the video is 600?
