Yeah, that’s the idea. Since it takes longer to vape off at the low temperature, it needs to go into the atomizer slower also or the whole the atomizer gets flooded eventually clogging the shaft. I have done this on the airistech q-cell cartridge with the 2mm holes and it definitely flooded the coil eventually but performed better then other 2mm hole carts I’ve used. For context I was running it at 4 watts or less
Thanks for the heads up bro, a genaral reminder, our QCELL also got 1.2mm holes, mayba you can try it out. Any demands also feel free to contact me.
Do you only have 1.2mm holes?
They have both sizes
Well that was fast!
Mr Turtle always know everthing, thumbs up
yes, we got 2.0mm and 1.2mm holes
Hey og_extracts,
We are new to the future forum and I ran across your post. Thanks for the feedback.
I wanted to make one small comment about your review. Our carts were designed to perform similar to CCELL, but with a more focused configuration to deliver enhanced flavor. This meant that we fully encapsulated the wiring within our AVD porous ceramic, instead of leaving partially exposed wiring that will create a stronger “hit” like an authentic CCELL.
While performance is very “subjective,” the majority of the brands that use AVD today are high-end exotic blends with flavorful terp profiles that really want to be highlighted.
For example, we worked closely with Blue River Terpenes to deliver not only a great tasting cartridge, but also a draw-activated battery (Plum SEED) that was perfectly calibrated with a low/hi setting and haptic feedback and our Patented SmartPulse Technology that prevents the cartridge from overheating on long extended draws on more sensitive oil formulations.

Dh gate is the best bang for your buck. If your filling 1-2000 carts a week the Th205 Pyrex glass 4, 2 mm holes for thick oil. Ceramic coils. If your buying 4 or 5 def c cell but if your pushing those are the best price and I’ve never had a complaint. Dh gate has saved me thousands. Download their app and read the reviews on whatever cart blows your hair back
Id almost bet ud prefere @Ascent all ceramic icell or all ss 304 ccell
I’ve searched many companies. Hands down the best ones yet
DHgate is a fucking nightmare
Hi all, this is my very first comment in future4200! This forum is awesome, specially for the ones who are in business but also in learning & sharing knowledge. Speaking for myself I started in electric car business and now I ended up working with cannabis which as a chemical engineer i love it. I hope to learn. I’m a sales person but nowadays a good sales guy is the one who know it’s product from the seeds to the filled vape pen itself.
Now I see we’re discussing about Ccell which I think is ok but so far we have plenty of other options now for heating coil technology (carts, pens, disposables). there’s many brands claiming to have the best product, however no one can assure that unless you test.
Now I am happy to share my knowledge with anybody interesting and we’re open for testing our technology and sharing experiences in order to design, develop and deliver a better & safe vaping product, not just in terms of profit but in terms of experience and health.
We’re happy to collaborate with extractors or other companies interesting in developing better products, if more interested please
My email is santiago.munoz@superxcore.com Cheers!
Buying on DHGate is a lot like playing Russian Roulette… the only difference is that the cost of a bullet is cheaper.
Sure, you can get lucky and find a decent supplier. I used DHGate, as a buyer, for years when I didn’t know any better and my success rate for cartridges was maybe 20%.
During the whole VapeGate scandal, there were 100’s of trading companies and small sweatshops that were hustling fake CCELL-style carts, using untested raw materials and zero quality controls that were all shut down by the Chinese government.
Why would you ever trust these types of fraudulent sales outlets?
Most likely to make a quick buck or because there was zero concern for the people using them. It is that type of mentality that nearly killed the vape industry because of a few bad players using Honey Cut and other forms of Vitamin-E to stretch their base material and maximize their profits, at the expense of people dying. This should have been expected as CA is converting from the countries largest source of illegal weed to the largest market for legal weed.
AVD has their own American team that lives and works in China “year-round” that came from the cannabis industry as former cultivators, extractors and processors in recreational markets that understand the strict regulatory environments that are imposed from state testing to the competitiveness and low profit margins due to taxation and traceability requirements. We recognize that product failure simply can’t happen when your margins are razor thin and that you need a hardware supplier that will enhance the flavor and user experience for the craft oils that are being produced today. Therefore, we work at the raw materials level to ensure all our parts meet the highest AVD standard cause you’re only as good as your starting materials.
We’ve been inside over a 100 factories in China and there are only a few solid ones that we are aware of besides ours. Of course, we believe we are much more advanced and have zero concerns putting our products up against any of them. Nearly 85% of our business is authentic CCELL customers making the switch to AVD because of better flavor, service and pricing.
Let’s do the industry a favor and ONLY buy from reputable manufacturers.
If you want a list of MAJOR brands that have switched to AVD, shoot us a “what’s up” at sales@avd710.com
Do you have non-brass carts?
Our cartridges are made from a lead-free copper that is 10X cleaner than RoHS compliant materials. We also have a proprietary electroplating process that allows us to deliver the most consistently clean COA’s on the market today.
Many Chinese factories haven’t been able to figure this out, hence the reason you’re seeing All-Ceramic & All-Glass configurations on the market today. However, that doesn’t really solve the problem as glass and ceramics can potentially have more lead contamination than even using metal cartridges today. We find it all a bit comical actually.
In order to guarantee that our cartridges will pass CA’s strict standards, we have worked with several of the major testing labs in CA to develop the same SOP’s for doing our own testing here in China. We do this because the last thing we want to do is ship $1M of inventory by boat and then later find out that our products aren’t compliant. These types of mistakes put companies out of business. And yeah, we also want to make sure we deliver a great product for our customers as well.
Looking for 304 stainless right now. It’s a shame, because I was about to recommend you to someone.
I find it comical too that people throw stones from inside their brass houses. Copper is a terrible material to make products for inhalation. There are no properties of copper that make it desirable for our purposes. Metal carts should be stainless steel. It’s like electroplated gold jewelry. Eventually, the shit comes to the surface.
You test with filled oil like outco does? In China? Very Impressive. I would like to purchase some of your chinese local disty to send to a homie over there.
Lead-Free Copper has different variants my friend. RoHS compliant means that the material must have < 1000ppms of lead. Our lead-free tests for < 100ppms of lead.
We have a stainless steel prototype that we are testing at the moment. However, as you may already know, there are design limitations to stainless steel. However, the benefits is that it would allow us to eliminate our electroplating process that is very costly and requires tremendous oversight and actually reduces our production costs, so we are excited about our developments.
“Our proprietary” electroplating process ensures that no oil ever touches the “base” metals, therefore, it is a non-issue and the reason why we deliver the “cleanest” COA’s on the market. You are 100% correct that nearly every factory doesn’t electroplate well and this is a MAJOR issue and reason for a lot of failure. I like that you know your stuff. It’s a welcome invite to speak to people with KNOWLEDGE.
Also, I’m not hating on All-Glass or All-Ceramic. We just find it comical that people don’t know that it doesn’t totally solve the problem and that there is dirty ceramic and glass being used in the market today, so you still need to do your own due-diligence. We have also been testing an All-Ceramic offering, but as you may know, precision and quality controls with ceramic is much different and difficult to control. In addition, the durability is a concern of ours. Not just with manufacturing, but with users simply dropping their pens. I’ve dropped my pens 100’s of times with ceramic tips and it’s always the ceramic tip that comes up broken. If the entire tank is ceramic and breaks, I’m one sad puppy.
Our testing process is in partnership with a government environmental agency that is eager to help deliver superior results, which is something we can’t disclose in detail publicly.
How much is 100 pack or 1000 pack glass screw or press fits? Your site has no pricing and reads like a distributor sales scheme not setup for direct to public sales.
Yes pricing makes everything. The cart I settled on I have had 0 complaints. It is a custom ccell clone with 1.5mm holes instead of 2.0 from Max@idorob.com the cost was 1.08 to my door for 1500. Thats including shipping, taxes, fees, everything. Thats to my door my actual cost.
One thing I was noticing with carts is the company would advertise cheap price then by the time it got to me there were so many fees it made the cart 20-30% more than quoted
Lets be real here the profit margin on carts is usually a buck or 2 so if the cartridge itself is 30 cents more than another that works just as good this is a huge problem
Ill share this little list I made I am sure it is outdated by now this was august 2019 but it is how I was keeping track of actual price and not the smoke and mirrors price.
edit: Just want to mention I have heard good things about AVD carts I follow a few people who use them on IG
Ceramic carts have a cult following on reddit, future, and instagram precisely because of one style of ceramic cartridge. Most ceramics are of low quality.
I have also found only one size and style of all glass cart to be effective as well. There may be many lower quality exotic carts out there, but there is a reason these members have such a fixation on them.
