Hello. I am thinking of getting CBG flower to resell to a smoke shop, etc. but wondering legality and laws and licensing needs to legally do this if there is any law on it.

You’re probably fine with no license, but check with your state department of agriculture. In my state, no license is required to resell, but they make you get a processors license to make pre rolls. Also keep in mind that being legal doesn’t guarantee that a cop won’t seize your bud, because they cant tell it is cbg. Being discrete is still worthwhile.

Thank you. I plan on having the COA’s available(which I know can mean absolutely nothing as they can be botched but its more for the legal issues if there will be any). I do have to get a permit to sell to smoke shops though right?
the answer to this probably depends on what state your in, however i would get one no matter what, they are relatively cheap and will protect you.
