I mistakenly bought myself some crude oil with no way to further refine. I’m told I could make topicals or tincture but the smell of this stuff is terrible. Any ideas what I could do with it would be appreciated dont wanna see it go to waste. I have about
50ml.

Just what you see on the side there which was surprising total cannabinoids were lab tested at 67%
Right so I guess I crystalize THCa around that concentration sometimes in butane. Makes sense it could be done in pentane with CBD at 60-70%

dissolve in pentane, pack a buchner funnel with the same powders used in the C.R.C tek, filter it for color. Then precipitate crystals from the pentane. you should have a pretty clean isolate.

I tried pentane with crc and help crude but it didn’t go to well. I now go with Heptane and rotovap then to pentane.

I’m not familiar with extractions my new plan is to make capsules so I do not have to taste the crude. I will update when they are finished!
