Probably around a III. Just noticing the hairline is receeding quicker these days. Nothing on the back yet.
Minoxidil is really more for diffusion hair loss than receding. It can work, though.
You probably need to get on a DHT blocker too if you’re serious about measurably stopping your hair loss.

Do you still have mastiff ! I HAVE tried it for my wife’s Gout on her ankle and big toe it worked wonders old school oil for brownies wrapped it with Plastic wrap and put a sock on at bed time in no time 1 or 2 days all better when she feels it coming on put it on image|666x500](upload://y7buWTIuy7bavFz1LPl4y2EATSN.jpeg)
