Rouge how are you such a mcgyver legend bro
teflon liners
but I have had seen steel HCl gas sets.
the steel gets a gray look to it as it pasivates but then it as not normal steel
Alloy selection for service in chlorine, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid
Carbon steel behaves in dry hydrogen chloride (HCl) in a manner similar to that in dry Cl2. It is usable up to about 250 °C (480 °F) above which another alloy, such as Alloy 200 is usually specified.
Alloy selection for Cl2 and HCl.pdf (2.5 MB)
as we can see from this paper with carbon steel its not affected until we introduce water into the
system that there is a problem.
when ever I have seen people work with amalgums at scale they use this stuff and sinter the
edges together with a hot roller
other than that rouge has the idea of using epoxy the only thing to think about is some organic
solvents may react with it.
That makes sense. If I’m in a ss reactor I could use an inline mol sieve to dry the tincture, correct? Inject from ss keg under inert atmosphere
This is quite a high tech trick here.
There is a lot of research on the various way to protect steel in corrosive conditions, but most usually focuse on small coupons and idealized situation, not really in actually conditions of use with all the steps. You are doing such research.
Is it OK with hydrocarbons such as heptane/hexane?
Does it has also some non-stick behaviour? How do you clean?
It sounds convenient and efficient as you describe it.
The ideal material would be a bi-layer material, with an indicator within the underlying layer. It would reversibly change color at place where the first surface is damaged and needs to be fixed.

Copy that. Spectacular idea!
He is not hitting higher numbers either don’t worry
Tell you what I will give you the sop and 8 weeks time to do it right
You will get my direct phone and mail
And video conferencing time needed
Once you have the numbers I claim
You will in return make a donation of 10 K to a charity of future4200 members choice
As proof I will give the sop s for free to 3 other members with the same service to make sure your not cheating
Cbd>D9 minimum of 85% all cannabinoids visible after conversion food grade reagents
Cbd> D8 95%+
And maybe those that have already received these sop from me for free or trade can chime in to back up my claims including @treuscience the same day this happened for free
Balls to the wall😉
there are so many epoxies.
and so many amine cats to go with it.
it looks like you have found a very good one my friend.
very good advice to suggest people use this.
I’ll vouch for any claims @Roguelab makes and can show COA’s for verification of anything as well.
Running it now (ran one he had from a few months ago as well) and I can say with confidence, @Roguelab isn’t bullshitting.
The man not only spoon fed me the WHOLE PROCESS, but helped me chew it up and digest it. He makes his SOPs safe, scalable, and easy enough that there is no guess work, even for a Non-organic chemist.
I’ll go to bat for him ANYTIME!
Id be willing to give it a shot! I got all the toys one could ever dream of!
I’m interested. I’ve spent 6 months working on our D9 conversion and can’t get pass 73%.
Thanks,
Jack
Can I be one of those 3?
Dm me and I can probably help get your yields up.
Do you try various catalyst, ot trying to optimize one in particular ?
You may have rich the limits of your method.
I’m not worried about it. I was just making a blanket statement of all these people claiming high purity d9 from cbd and I have seen the same SOP passed around numerous times. We are working on a different method right now that is getting our team closer to the end goal. I wasn’t hating on anyone just curious why no one has posted. Valid COA cause if our team did high purity d9 from cbd bet your ass we would be posting our in house test and third party testing
You must forgive me not posting pictures off coa often
It may or can be used against me for I am Not in legal circumstances
And thx for clearing things up
