looking for a sop to delta 9 from cbd
we have a current sop making 65% - 75% d9 with 20% - 25% d8
we would like a process that brings the d8 down substantially and brings the d9 up substantially

What reagent s is your current sop ?
Triisobutylaluminium sop @Ennui is the best
Borontriflouride @JedClampet probably can get you there

My biggest question with TIBA is how to properly quench the RXN. I would assume that it would be used at 10M or strength or less at concentrations of 1-3% of the CBD mass, but I have not attempted because I have not quite found the proper quenching procedure.
Plain water is a decent quench dropwise and with precaution althou personally I prefure dry methanol with a base dissolved
Reason I keep my reactor dry at all times
