Hi Hooch,
Your order was cancelled and refunded months ago. Our web hosting service had actually closed our payment processing service since it thought we were selling “restricted products and services”. Just look at these attached images.
We had just transitioned the domain over to a new web hosting service no less than 12 hours before you’re order. I had contacted WIX support about this issue and was told you were refunded.
After this, it took some time for us to transition to another website-based payment processing service.
Honestly, I apologize for all the confusion and if there really is a double charge on your card, we’ll just refund all this owed to you. We never did receive money for this transaction, but if WIX never refunded you, then we’ll have to make sure you get taken care of.

Weird! For me it showed up as another charge instead of a refund, but somehow the money is on the card now that I’m looking closer. I think this gift card I used is confused. It would have been nice to have been updated on the order after it had been refunded. But thank you for the quick response on here. That deal would have been a come up!

To be honest, I was told that WIX was handling the issue since we were suspected of selling “restricted products and services.”
We had just transitioned to the new platform and heard a lot of good things about WIX, but I should have known better than to trust a conglomerate like that.
If you ever do order anything from us again, just give the main office a call or send an email over and I’ll make sure to get you hooked up. I know this has been a roller coaster, but if I can help you get on that come up, I’d love to help.
I’m just glad to hear that the money is back all in one place.

Green machine begged me to not leave a review here lol. Let me put it that way. They literally know that my single review would probably ruin them (worse experience ever and its not over) ill leave it at that. Im still waiting on a reply… They cant even reply to me anymore about an update lol

Slabby here is your invoice. These are the parts you paid for. You signed the invoices that you received all your parts two months ago.
When you weren’t satisfied we went above and beyond and bought parts to give you from our local competitors to make sure you were satisfied, and you told us you were.
Now another month ago you sent us this list and said this is what you were missing still.
Two more weeks later your list of missing parts somehow doubled to this list
Not sure how that happened after you said we were good to go when we literally drove to you to give you free parts and you said we were golden?
Please just bring back the parts on the invoice and we will give you a full refund and you can keep the extra free parts we gave you as our gift to you.
You owe me a 3x10 jacketed column. I paid for 2 got 1. Dont make me post all this publicly.

Did he tell you jorge went to hfs to buy my column to make it right and still got the wrong one? I had to take it back to hfs and swap it out. I have proof of everything
