I doubt that it is really moving forward.
The draft for the new law is expected to get released in Q2 2023 and then first forwarded to the EU commission. Only if the EU commission gives the green light Germany will proceed.
Personally I doubt that EU commission due to international treaties will allow it at least for now.
My guess is that legalisation is coming to Europe but it still is 4-5 years away.
I can defintely recommend the ICBC conference which takes place in Berlin, this is really a good one.
