I run a licensed manufacturing/distribution company in NorCal, and am looking for some partnerships around cannabis derived terpenes. A few options we are discussing:

Licensing out our terpene separation technology. You run your own biomass (ideally BHO extraction, as ethanol will destroy the flavor) and give us a % of the cannabis terpenes you collect. You use or sell what you keep. Great profit maker if you can find someone to buy them.

You give us licensed raw BHO crude (not decarbed), we pull terps and come to a split agreement on amount of terpenes collected. You take crude back.

We toll process licensed biomass (or undecarbed BHO crude) to distillate for you, we collect terpenes, then we come to agreement on processing price, terpene split, or maybe we get paid in terpenes that we keep.
