What do you project revenues to be to be able to pay 276k annually just in rent?

If we can grow on 60% of total size…let say…grow on 5000sf…
On 1000sf conservative…45/50lbs every 9weeks…indoor L2L going around 2k in California…
If i take minimum…45lb …selling for min 1700…it is 76.5k …times 5 is 382.5 every 9 weeks…plus extractions…and distribution

Do you already have distribution ? Because that’s key.
Right now CA has an issue with not enough retail so there’s a bottleneck. So having the biggest and baddest facility doesn’t mean you’re going to hit those numbers based off the size of your building.
I may have someone interested in just this type of thing but they’d want to know about distribution before anything else.
That would be all empty promises from my side because we dont know which way market can flip in next few months…but have 4 distributors throw whom i legally selling product right now
