Given that cannabis is openly smoked in public throughout the Caribbean, I doubt anyone cares about cbd legality. The drug laws on the books in the Caribbean countries exist because of US influence and extorting them with the threat of interfering with tourism revenue. We made them pass their anti drug laws but we can’t make them enforce those laws.

Don t think your safe in most of the islands all French and U.K. And Dutch Islands are a no go for cannabis
Most autonomous islands are grey illegal by law and enforced when ever they feel like it
Interesting. I certainly havent been everywhere. My former wife is from a small country in the lesser antilles. I don’t want to disgrace their good name by saying which country, but if the cops there catch you with weed they make you pass the joint and share it with them.
Now that’s paradise 
As things are easing up indeed some islands are way more relaxed then 10 years back but several have decrimenelised but by law still illegal
Wich makes it a shady subject
