Canadian cannabis company Adastra Labs Receives Health Canada Approval for the Amendment to Include Cocaine Under its Controlled Substances Dealer’s License

Adastra a leading cannabis company focused on processing, adult-use and medical sales, organoleptic testing and analytical testing, is pleased to announce that Adastra Labs received approval from Health Canada on February 17, 2023, for its amendment to include cocaine as a substance that the Company can legally possess, produce, sell and distribute.

The Dealer’s License also allows Adastra to possess, produce, sell and distribute up to 1,000 grams of psilocybin and psilocin.

This appears to be because of this recent decriminalization:

Same parent company as Phyto.

Canadian licensing is broken.

The ow er of this company is Micheal Forbes, a pharma bro who made his money running pharmacies in the areas of town that need methadone. Basically free gov money for legal down. I have met him on a few occasions, he’s pretty douchy.
