Can anyone identify this Child Resistant cartridge holder

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this CR 510 cart holder. Major bonus points if you could point me towards a source as well. We’d like to use this as an insert in some of our cart products but for the life of me I can’t even figure out what this would be called let alone finding a good source for it.
