They appear to be based in Germany. my first attempt at getting a quote failed…try OEM link below rather than company who’s website @GroovyOctopusLabs link takes you to.
I expect $15k minimum, probably closer to $20k for the one linked above.

I’m not qualified to make that determination. I would call the company and ask their customer service. It is a little like ordering fish at a restaurant, if you ask the server if it is fresh and they say, “I don’t know”, you can bet it isn’t. If they aren’t leading with “C1D1 compliant”, it probably isn’t.
