Hit up your local code enforcement and zoning depts and your fire dept along with an architect that has an engineer and both have some relevant experience.
For Code consulting, I’d recommend CodeNext.
Otherwise, Arch and Eng are province/region specific. I can help with those if you’re in BC. Not so much elsewhere.
