I am just completing some projects back east that had me build them a crazy amount of C1D1 booths, and I am now happily able to offer our booths at below current market pricing.

Our fabricator has over 30 years of defense/aerospace booth experience… (including Area 51 projects :stuck_out_tongue: )

Cherry on top, WE OFFER ASSEMBLY SERVICES AS WELL, through our insured contractors, in ALL 50 STATES.

PE stamp approval is also offered for ALL 50 STATES.

We also offer on site field inspections, and can custom paint these booths to any color you wish.

We can literally custom fabricate to ANY size/dimension you wish, 25’x60’, 8’x5’, 10’x10’, etc…

Like I said, we offer tons of services, and even offer automation solutions through our UL 508A partners, whom have all been focusing on defense projects for years now.

Does your C1D1 booths are fully UL listed and peer reviewed with companies such as PSI?

Yes we use UL only components, and have optional UL listing for the panels if you want. Most AHJ do not require these panels to be UL, so long as there is a PE review and only UL list electrical components are used.

Yes Peer Reviewed all 50 states; we have 2 PE’s on staff.
One is a direct family member of mine and has been stamping aerospace/defense work for over 35 years, the other is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering for the Cal State Schools.
PSI is just a gentrified LLC that specializes in peer reviews, not sure why everyone uses them only.

Our fabricator makes the walls, to our specifications that our PE’s design.
We are the manufacturer, but also labeled as a distributor for our fabricator.
Read it as you wish, but we are the manufacturer.
Our fabricator has no idea how to spec these units for this industry, and was baffled to learn we require similar booths to their other designs.
We spec our LEL sensors, air flow, and interlock/alarm/strobe systems to our industry specific needs.
We can make any size, and any door size that you need as well.
Assembly is provided, as an option, if you wish.

We will be at the Cannabis Science Conference in Long Beach with a lot of our specific equipment, including our UL panels we build in shop, as examples.

They got here early, and didn’t barf at “we process weed” at a time when most others did.

Much easier to get an engineer to sign off now than it was 10 years ago.

As long as it passes building fire department and fire prevention department in Phoenix.
Phoenix is super hard core about using butane and wants everything their way.
C1D1 and bho extraction system must come peer review. They like PSI but I am open to any company or engineer

Yes I come from a family of PE’s. My grandfather was Mechanical PE, my dad is Mechanical PE, I am working on my Mechanical PE as well.

I am an EIT currently, one step below my PE certification/license.

We are currently working on a Government Agency project that is having us build them C1D1’s, closed loop systems, and ETOH systems.

Yes a Government Agency…

Pretty sure we’re the only company that has done a cannabis facility for a Government Entity.

We also work with some of CA’s largest cannabis distributors for all of their sites consulting/engineering.
