I have a 300 cart order to fill. My current 10 at a time way isnt going to cut it. I wonder if I can mcGuyver some hand warmers around the tube and that would suffice heat wise?
I have the allflex as well but noticed this style didn’t have the force required to fill 1ml syringes when the allflex did it with no problem. That being said I could see this syringe not working well if the oil starts to cool and thicken up.

Those hand warmers can get pretty hot, I would imagine they would last long enough to fill 300 carts easily.

Side note, what materials would you guys like to use for filling lines? Im gonna be offering a 100ml+ filler option, and I have silicone, pvc, and ptfe lines on hand. Anyone have other prefrences?

I’d imagine ptfe is the safest and most resistant to chemicals out of the ones you listed. I could be wrong.

I am looking at these right now but before I buy something hopefully someone here can answer this for me. I have people that want .5ml made, people that want 1.0ml made, and a ton of people that want 0.8ml made. It seems like these only go in .5 increments, which obviously is too little at .5 and too much at 1.0ml. Can you adjust these things manually between .5 and 1.0 or is it one or the other? Does anyone have any experience using anything but a handheld plastic or glass syringe to fill bulk orders of 0.8ml carts? What do you use?
Just for reference, what do you charge to do someone’s carts for them. I just did my own for a while but have been getting hired more and more to do other people’s. It was friends for a while so I helped them out but I don’t want to undercut myself and do a big favor for someone I don’t know. Do you charge by the cart or the batch? How much?
Any suggestions for filling 0.5ml capsules?
