Where can I find some bulk THCA isolate that ships to the EU? Looking to buy a couple of kilos and then maybe 10kg every other month after that.
It’s been quite hard to find a supplier with good customer service, this is what matters most for us

Are you licensed for imports? If not, have you checked with your local drug cartel and or syndicate? Maybe @feds can help.

Do you not? Has this information changed? It is 3 years old, admittedly but I remember dealing with a lot of these issues when handling clients that wanted product overseas and even most dedicated import/export agents would not touch hemp with a 10ft pole.
Also - how would the EU handle it if you got pure isolate shipped to you, it partially decarbed over the course of travel and then was well north of the .2% THC rule in very large bulk? It’s not some whacko alt-noid with no analytical standards. They could toss that fucker in an HPLC and get the results right away.
But if this is a ‘nod and wink’ you don’t need a license situation - I don’t know many vendors that’ll bolt this shit into the sub-panels of cars and then ship it to you so you might have to do your own footwork.
I am not very familiar with the restrictions imposed on americans. However, THCA is classed as an extract of hemp and therefore cannot be forbidden by any EU member states, and for hemp extractions with d9 THC <0.3% you do not need a license to import it, from the EU, US or anywhere else in the world.
The legal limit is .3% and they would most definitely start by throwing it away and raise suspicions of crime, if you can show them a CoA proving that what you bought was indeed advertised as <0.3%, they can’t do much more than that
Did you actually test how fast does it decarb over some days in hot climate tempature.

you should check it if you are concerned about the few days in transit. Personally i have not seen any charts that goes to low temperatures, if you have them pls link. I have seen coas before and after transit though.
I see you are getting some queries from @Noccturnal . There is something fundamentally wrong with this member. I would be skeptical at the very least. He has been looking for people ship THC products to Europe. Does not make any sense.

So the limit you gave us is fake and so is the ‘you don’t need a license’ thing.
No one in USA should ship it nor should anyone “conspire” in any manner to ship it to a foreign country.
What limit is fake? You do not need a license. The article you sent only applies to raw hemp (CN 5302.10) and hemp seeds. As a purified extract, THCA isolate does not fall under that specific article and is regulated entirely differently.

You still have not shown that you need a license for hemp extracts, only raw “true” hemp and hemp seeds. Seed-free plant parts and isolates are not covered by any regulation that you have shown me

@ada, If someone sent you 10kg of THC-A to your legal workplace or home, with your legal name… and accompanied a call to all relevant regulatory agencies informing them of the transaction, would you be OK with that?
