Am helping a friend with a project and we were trying to brainstorm of the best ways for preparing/pasteurizing large amounts of coco/perlite mix for mushroom cultivation. I had the though of retrofitting a compost tumbler, where a steam or super hot water injection port would be added and media mixed and heated for need time. Wondering what methods people have come by for this task??
