Bucket Tek - How to make dry ice ?

Hey guys I’m setting up an extraction lab and trying to run Bucket Tek for now. My only hurdle is I can not get dry ice where the lab is. I can get liquid CO2 and NL2 delivered. Can anyone suggest how to run cold buckets, im thinking of trying to make my own dry ice unless anyone can come up with a better way to chill the EtOh. Im trying to avoid using jacked columns/reactor or buying a bigger freezers.

There are a few things to make your own dry ice, with a co2 tank with a dip tube, and a “sock” or box type. From a monetary stand point, this is absolutely not feasable. It will cost way too much to produce the dry ice needed.

Even my local meijer grocery store sells blocks of dry ice.

Just run the LN2 directly and get bigger reservoirs

I thought about making my own dry ice until I researched how much CO2 is needed for 1lb.

Try a local ice cream distributor, if there are any ethanol biofuel distilleries in your area there is almost certainly a dry ice manufacturer in the area
