The phenomenon you describe sounds like “not fully decarbed”. The decarb you describe is not defined well enough to evaluate properly.

Assuming F, and min, that is not necessarily enough time.…although I’ve never decarbed only a single gram.
Where is that 250F(?!?) being measured? Certainly not in your extract…
Are you using an oven?
Air is a lousy thermal transfer medium…
When decarbing 4-5kg, I’m currently at about 12hrs at 100C…before upgrading the circulator pump, it was taking almost twice that time.

I’ve had small jars like that (probably 5g) take 6+hrs in a double boiler (100C), presumably because there was water in the extract (poorly executed “live resin”). I’ve seen batches of CBD crude take days (presumably for the same reason)…(performed thusly)
What were you trying to convey with the video? No bubbles? it’s not on a heat source…
