Biomass storage temperature for Live Resin

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I’ve tried browsing through the boards to see if I could get this question answered but wasn’t able to find anything. Our facility is looking to get a walk in freezer to store biomass in for live resin extraction and we’re trying to figure out what temperature is ideal for storing product prior to extraction.

I reached out to the folks at Precision Extraction and they mentioned storing it at -10F, however that seems a little warm to me. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I would only recommend -20c being the warmest you store live biomass.

Minimum-32f for optimal minimal degradation & cryo flash freeze.
