So… considering a work flow where I trim WET. (Crazy right?). Freeze the trim. Use the trim to make fresh frozen. Clean it up with CRC This would give me a better end product the using dry trim. The market I’m in wants live resin carts. This seems like the best way, to get my cake and eat it too. Pease tell me why I’m wrong.
You’re wrong because wet trimming is gross and will make a bad product.

If you want some fresh frozen to run while also getting flower to dry;
Hang dry all of the tops of the plants and dry trim them
Wet harvest, buck and freeze all the bottoms for fresh frozen material.
Dry trim the flower and run that trim and add it to your live resin and no one will be the wiser and you will end up with better flower.
