We’re currently sourcing hardware, and I’m seeking recommendations on the best vape AIO and 510 cart OEMs for 2026. We will be filling exclusively with live resin and decarboxylated rosin, so preserving the terpene profile and efficiently handling thick oil without dry burns or clogging is our main priority.
We are hoping to find single, dual, and tri-chamber disposable devices that are specifically suitable for decarbed rosin.
Our hardware requirements:
Volume: 0.5 mL to 0.8 mL per tank.
Internals: Postless and wickless, or at the very least, no metal central posts (cotton-free ceramic preferred).
Filling/Capping: We are currently operating with a single Cart Farmer. Because we cannot fill multiple tanks simultaneously with the CF, any dual- or tri-chamber devices we use require separate caps for each tank. We need hardware that lets us fill one tank, cap it, then fill the next and cap it. (I know simultaneous filling on dual chambers has been a headache for some, so staging the capping is a must for our current SOP).
For context on where we are at: we are currently waiting on samples of the tri-chamber UFO AIO from QBD. However, they are delayed at the moment because the company is redesigning certain aspects of the UFO in response to initial customer feedback. We’re expecting a mid-April ship date for those updated carts.
I am already in contact with QBD, and plan to contact BBTank, and ECAP, but I wanted to throw this out to the community. Who has the best post-free disposables right now for decarbed rosin and live resin? Has anyone found a solid multi-chamber AIO that accommodates a single Cart Farmer workflow?
I am seeking real reviews and suggestions based on your experience. Would really appreciate any insights or reps dropping their updated 2026 tech.
