Best Transdermal base for RSO creme?

I’m exploring transdermal delivery systems and am particularly interested in Pluronic Lecithin Organogel (PLO) base kits that effectively combine hydrophilic and lipophilic phases. I came across Xenex Labs’ collection of bases , but I’m open to other options as well.

Could anyone share their experiences or recommend the best PLO base kits that facilitate efficient transdermal delivery? Insights into formulation stability, ease of use, and overall effectiveness would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting topic, I always just assumed the terpenes did the work, at least for the simple full spectrum coconut oil extracts I was making.
