this weekend I did my 2nd extraction test with dry flower. last week I took normal ice but this weekend I used dry ice. In my country I pay $ 42 for a 12kg bag. I bought 3 bags and I managed to do 3 batches. if i would have mixed it with iso alcohol would it have lasted longer? is there another alternative? a machine to make it?

Find a commercial DI supplier. I think i pay like .40 a lb. Airgas is the company I use. Yes using iso or ethanol will help it last longer, it also helps with cooling surface area as there wont be gaps between the DI and whatever you’re cooling.
if you use alcolol in a slurry chill the alcohol first in a freezer so its not wasting all the dry ice to get the alcohol cold. I get it cold enough it barely bubbles.
