I’m looking for a recommendation on a magnetic stirrer to mix sauce and distillate for carts. Any direction would be appreciated. This is small scale, from less than one liter to maybe 5 liters.
Corning PC-420 is a solid choice, if not the best

5l small scale? The cat scientific ones are pretty rad. They have a ramp rate, so you don’t burn the bottom of the beaker or what have you. I use the thermo scientific ones regularly, they are cheap and work. But, you will need to figure out the best temps to use they are inaccurate as hell. At least the busted ass ones I have are
