will consider that at 1l if this Beckmann actually runs.

I would guess the Beckman 1 lit rotor is going to be hard to find…
and buckets for that matter.

Since you want the sauce to flow no refrigeration is needed …and this is not a high speed spin…
why not a floor model IEC mdl K with the head for 4 1 lite buckets?
The IECs are very inexpensive…etc…
Cause this one was free…
