Thanks my apologies on taking it wrong. I assumed you were trying to downplay a pretty affordable option to help sell your equipment. While I’m sure your mill is superior in the output it produces, there are a lot of people here that need a more affordable option to get them grinding.

Love the look of those blades though!

Thanks and yes, if you have an efficient setup and a fairly low investment, then by all means run with it!!

A beveled hammer along with air assist works best without over-pulverizing the plant material.

Hi there - are all your materials of construction food grade? I’m always looking for a better grinding solution. I’m still going with 304SS with food grade whips right now - because I know its all food grade materials. I don’t get a lot of dust - and I can do about 60-100lbs an hour, depending on the operator (some scoop really slow…). A consistent 100lbs an hour with dust collection that meant I didn’t have to have a dust collection system in the room would be awesome.
