Just curious any feedback appreciated-
Is there any consensus on fair wages for key employee distillate extractors (Colorado), particularly those experienced with solvent recovery via rotary systems as well as terp extraction, winterization, filtration and other lab tasks (whipping concentrates, mixing terps, filling carts…) etc…? Any feedback is most appreciated

I was looking for work recently. For an MS organic chemist, I was offered $17/ h to extract, distill, and run columns in Boulder. I ended up taking on a chemist position somewhere else for a far better salary.

Most down that way that i know are paying $15-$18/hr depending upon experience. Its actually more helpful if you are reliable and trustworthy. That seems to be more of a concern with many. They can train you on SOPs but if you aren’t reliable and trustworthy there’s no fixing that.
