Will psi work with you to certify some of these used frankenMEPs and used c1d1 boxes?

PureVibe can provide commissioning and training for a case like that. However depending on your AHJ if they require a 3rd party peer review then that will always be PSI or some other professional engineer. All we will provide is a commissioning report.
