Ascent dont give a shit!

well i never had a problem with any of those and yes im one of those countries, never been asked or anything delayed due to vape goods.

may i ask what legislation should account for that? i never heard of the north being problematic and havnt been told by any seller as of now

However its wasnt at all because of that reason anything went wrong here… this was a UPS fuck up, and then Roger continued it.

Roger also gave the only reason was because of missing VAT and could 100% promise it would arrive then, even though it wasnt what went wrong…

n properly in the least harsh if any of those countries mentioned

The TPD is the euro version of the PACT act, and it is far stricter at the borders.

The reason why viking countries are harder to smuggle to, is because yall are sticklers for no fucking reason and take shit way too serious. I guarantee you ascent did not pay the tax to market vapor products in your country, hence everything must be smuggled in

Here is the pertinent info for anyone that dont read articles

Previously, the fee was DKK 36,900 for registration of electronic cigarettes and refill containers with nicotine and DKK 14,700 for annual maintenance of the Registration. However, this has changed recently. You can find information regarding fees on: https://www.sik.dk/en/business/legal-guides/e-cigarettes/fees-registration-electronic-cigarettes-and-refill-containers

And by the way this is recent legislation. When your shit is about to get seized in certain countries, you get an option of risking or returning. After yoloing the “risk it” option once, you learn your lesson. I think roger is too afraid to warn you your situation is fucked lol

its not really in effect by now as far is i can read,

im not straight up reading that batteries if prohibited in any way unless that is in fact the “electronic ciggerate” but its just at battery without any heads to go with.

i just read it as vape liquids and read the TPD aswell,

Refill containers is just bottles as im concerned

Loose pieces for electronic cigarette (with the exception of batteries and mouthpieces), which are registered individually, are therefore separately liable to fee. If all loose pieces of the electronic cigarette constitute and are registered as a complete product, you must pay one fee for the complete product.

so only carts will have to be “smuggled” if my country ever Will impose any knock down on it, that i have not heard of yet will happen.

my batteries was never in any harm, i should have received them…

Pact is worded similarly, and I have had many carts, batteries, and fucking boxes held up at customs in the US. Denmark is stricter with the ecid than most other euro nations. A good litmus test is asking other suppliers if they will ship to you in denmark

Are these legal in viking land or wherever you are @cannaholiker

So said the canada guy with the terps (he listened to the ups agent lol) i was gonna refund him too.

I bet if you take the risk on the package yourself, they’ll ship to you

i would say right now yes they are legal, later on they might not be. because that is a complete unit.

A vape battery can be used for a flashlight. DK only had the largest free cannabis market in history on a occupied military land, with the most sought after placement in whole capitol. capitolits would love to build high risers.

  • im a private person, these rules im not really sure apply to any private individual. that would be my guess

truth, dog is looking at me like that too

None of these factors affect a regulators perception of the situation. I’m telling you, there are certain countries I offer no garuntees for, not even filling equipment

Businesses often use private individual addresses to skirt regulations. It depends on the amount of units and total value.

Lol I wonder why a supplier would boycott their customer

Had troubles decifering if positive or negative,

I lost a month, and got told lies as to why didnt receive, or wanted to reship. That’s like sayin its sunny on a rainy day. ( positive outlook non the less)

He would only be eligible for refund if he shipped it back to me and claimed the refund.

I tried to resolve in a positive manor in 3 weeks they really only took a dumb, not sure any would give them the refund if done like this.

I’m no shait, but fair is fair-… after they fucked ya for good

Sry never learned to quote properly lol

my understanding of the rules is not fare off still I’d say. So now I’m still 2:0 on receiving them

I’m a private person - yea 400pcs is privatishhhhh

Its batteries not and won’t be under any act.

If you would like to wire/crypto/cashapp me the money, I could take a crack at it. But I would have to ship to myself before shipping to you so it would drive up price a good deal. And I wouldn’t garuntee it landing. Sometimes its easier to tell people you can’t ship internationally than to go back and fourth

Hello man. This is William

Roger tell me all about this order and I have read all emails between you both

We already beared around $400 shipping freight for the returned batteries.

Roger already wrote you 2 days ago that we can ship you again if you can bear the shipping. We refund because without your specific answer

It can’t take risk to re ship you according to VAT you can’t provide and
uncertain customs factors

In EUROPE cartridges and batteries are considered „E-CIG“ products and it is ILLEGAL to ship/receive them as PRIVATE person via mail.

If you are no business, which is legally able to import these products you can’t blame ASCENT imo.
