Are you sure thats not a 16th century Monet? It looks like the ten years where he had his mid life crises and his total composition changed. He started using a harder texture brush resulting in a more 3D look. If you notice how the grey is almost white, Thats his formula mixing crab shells with flower. It results in an even balance between the two colors. If you gaze hard enough you almost see what he was going for, “A sloth giving you a smurk”, BRILLIANT!!!
