Semi-synthetic implies chemists modified an organic substance derived from nature with fully synthetic reagents.

Please show me where this is in the farm bill or any press release from the DEA. Its not. The farm bill doesnt recognize semi synthetics but it does recognize hemp derived cannabinoids
