Hey, I didn’t make my title click bait lol

Forbes on the other hand <.<

I had a laugh

I’m just waiting for the article where members are quoted about d8

I agree with FDA’s stance tbh anyway. People need to stop making delta-8 cheetos and nerd ropes. My 2 cents.

Most packaging has no indication that you are going to get high either.

No shit, that packaging free for all is going to fuck the D8 industry hard… from the article:
“poison-control centers received 660 calls from people who consumed Delta-8 THC—many unintentionally, almost all of them children”

Damn, lucky theres all those shells covering most vendors… hope they hold up when the DEA’s all “wont somebody think of the children!”

Apical greens was literally having a “back to school sale” focused on their D8 products, like directly marketed at HS kids going back to school kids.

I’ve never seen a single D8 product in a child-proof container. Seems pretty obvious that if you have a product that can get you high and looks like candy, you would package it in a child-proof container.

First FOIA came back from USPIS. They appear to have redacted/not listed quite a bit under exemption 7(E). I’ve seen a few purported love letters that aren’t listed here

It’s always been pretty obviously about the money, and justifying whatever it takes to keep it coming in.

All of these people have been living off of borrowed time. Justifying their way through it, because: HEMP

I’m sure the last concern they have is whether or not you can A: control your children enough to respect your space and your shit, B: how about not leaving your drugs out

Seriously though, if these people gave a shit they wouldn’t sell something that’s obviously not compliant as compliant

Its both parents fault for leaving it out and the D8 company for being shady in the first place

D8 will not last long at this rate

Forbes needs clickbait titles but we don’t.

My only real problem with it was to be told that a product was one thing only to find out it obviously depends on the lab, state, even the asshole running your sample, and have it be different.

I get variation, it’s a statistical inevitably. But the shit fucked me up bad. So fuck them!

Grow weed, have friends that grow weed, or find a good connect because the initial money you save on the purchase of D8 will still cost you more then having access to actual medicine as the plant intended. Not some prick in a lab coat. That’s the difference between medicine and medicine.
