Are you isolating in your lab?

what are you doing then? salting?

Hes starting with The Universal Solvent and then a lot of other trickery afterwards.

Heptane for me.
crashes, ramps, swings, seeds & cycles.

cbd & cbg only tho.

most likely water extraction with acid/base manipulation

I cold crash after extraction, although you can definitely mass produce and do it inline with the closed loop. I know of labs producing lots of thca isolate inline. I just dont have the space or the gear(or money) but you can most definitely manufacture isolates in large scale inline.
I enjoy the way i do it, i use cold butane(outside of the closed loop) to purify and clean the thca. Can get finished results in an hour after extraction.

This is from fresh frozen material(non crc’d)

@LiveResin You are exactly right and that is the nature of the beast when it comes to Chromatography, especially when synthesizing alkaloids as they are a lot more sensitive to PH and temperature and can degrade much faster than Cannabis.

After running through some dewax (acidic) media it really makes the crash great! You can get direct from bio to 99% purity right out of the machine with or without CRC, just know your HTE might be dark.

Glad to see everyone has been trying to take our single solvent tech to the next level.

So I have been using the amine isolation for a few years now and
It is by far the fastest method for cbd-a
As for thc-a there are even faster methods but the solvent is gnarly so I won t recomend
Water can work but I have not mastered it
As for separation of cannabinoids at scale amines rule
Cbd-a can be seperated and isolated from thc-a cbg-a etc by simply switching solvent or amine for each target

how is it working amines? what kind of process is it?

Basicly create a crude with an alkane
Some alkanes work better than others
Room temp extraction with all the fats waxes and other shit recover 70% of solvent add amine of choice mix 15 min
Filter out precipitate
Place precipitate in hdpe vessel add some fresh solvent in supersaturation
Quantity add acid mix 15 min then
Transfer to glass vessel and wash the supersaturated solution 3x with water
Transfer to stainlesssteel vessel and add 20% by volume ln2 mix and filter the cannabinoid out reuse this solvent
In the hdpe vessel etc etc
Vacuum purge crystals
600kg of Issolate per day from crude with 1 50L rotavape
3 stainless mixing vessels 300L
1 hdpe mixing vessel 100L
2 glass mixing vessels 100L
1 centrifuge 80L
1 vacuum tumbler 2200L
Some ancilery equipment but really not much

very interesting

Damn rogue that’s a fat spoon, you almost gave away the whole meal.

Next spoon please… where do i source the anime, i mean amine?

The spoon master…
The free open scorce …
You will never learn my dear friend…
Thats why we love you

O there are still a shit load of pitfalls
And equipment wise deu dillegence
Be aware that several alkanes have lower LEL numbers than butane
Nitrogen purging is a must
Took me a year to get it right on a small budget thou so trow money at the problems and you can stream line it asap it s gooing to impact the price sadly but yeah what’s new

There for sale at all chem wholesalers
And for the last 2 years on each page you’ll see a side note claiming that if you are a hemp processor take contact
So this is already very much implemented
O @Thetetraguy any questions hit me up all OG get my support

Crunchyroll has the best anime on the market. Just saying.

Inline CRC

Pass to hydrocarbon rated neutsche/reactor

Chill while stirring

Push through a micron filter

Recover bulk solvent from terps

Finish solvent removal of terps in a planetary centrifuge

Pass HTE through a micron filter to clarify

Or just buy the whole thing from @Waxplug1

Only really works for a single target. But it’s one hell of a step.

Did you ever figure out what caused stuff to be so fucked when we ran it? That batch ended up being pretty much waste product.
