Hello! Wondering if anyone has a line on parts for Apeks supercritical extraction systems. I believe IES took over their parts store but we are having a difficult time reaching them. Any help in pointing us in the right direction would be super appreciated. Thanks!

Hello im looking for 20L Cup Seals ( Hammer Seals ) for the Transformer. Can be the old ones if the newer ones are not available. Apeks Supercritical has gone downhill with the parts store

Hello very new to all this but my boss has a apeks 1500-1L system and he asked me to find some parts for it. Would anyone here have a link to an sop? I beleive we need the seals for the vacuum pump but having the sop would be very useful going forward. Im not very knowledgeable on systems like this unfortunately but would like to be able to order the parts to get it up and running again. This is going to be my training machine.
