When Apeks sold to Prospiant it was a fiasco, there was no service for about a year. However, late last year Apeks was sold to Isolate Extraction Systems. They do provide sales and service for Apeks extractors so the situation has greatly improved
IES is currently out of business and not answering the phone. They have laid off all employees and ceased operations including repairs, parts and support.

As far as Apeks equipment goes I have a healthy inventory of parts and consumables and I offer remote technical support, on-site services, operations training and more for almost anything manufactured by Apeks Supercritical.
