I got to smoke a haze cross recently and I thought exactly what you said. Haze but not true to it’s heritage. I’d say 1/3rd the nose and taste w/ dense little nugs.
I wouldn’t have a problem putting miles on with a nice haze but am a sucker for a tasty OG, just love that lingering smell.
I dunno what real haze is. But in my mind I think I know what nl5 haze resembles and its dank as fuck.
Jesus are you real lol? I was just talking to a buddy from high school along the NC coast tonight who used to get black haze from Miami from close friends of his yrs ago. Along with mango haze, silver haze( maybe super silver haze) and og kush. Roughly 15 yrs ago idk. It got me searching again online for any info on what is my holy grail strain which im afraid I’ll never see again. Seeing a new post always give a glimmer of hope though🤣 We’ve come to call it pee pee and I’ve had a completely different cat piss that looked more indica but I could never get a name. It still wasn’t close to the black haze. Black haze was straight cat piss. Fog the entire room cat piss. Rank! Sticky icky, a little dark in color, almost psychedelic couch lock. Strongest smoke I’ve ever smoked. My pal and I have searched a lot for black haze over the years with no luck. How could such a beauty not be more a part of the cannabis culture today? Or at least mine lol. I ask everyone if they’ve ever tried cat piss and almost always get that look. I’m currently running code blue that has a SoCal cat piss parent but i know its not the piss I’m looking for. The sole reason i joined is because of this post. If anyone has info on how to stumble on to the black haze please, you would make several old heads extremely happy
