The issue is rampant D8 fraud right now. @CBDOKIE sold @anon32743824 “compliant” t-free D8 that was reported on a COA as over 90% d8. Several re-tests later the D8 proved to be 16% D9 (can you say felony?), 54%D8. Yea.
So @CBDOKIE replaced the liter. The replacement liter retested as 62% D8 15%D9. More felony. Under these circumstances, guys slanging D8 and D8 conversions should be vetted exactly the way this was handled here - just IMO.
